AS-IS containers are usually the best bang for your buck.
They may have hard-opening doors, small pin holes where
you can see light, so water may come into the container,
and rough-looking floors. On the other hand, they could be
just as good of condition as a cargo-worthy container it all
depends on who's working at the depot that day.
